We review the mechanism of radiative electroweak symmetry breaking taking place in SUSY versions of the Standard Model. We further discuss different proposals for the origin of SUSY-breaking and the corresponding induced SUSY-breaking soft terms. Nous présentons une revue du mécanisme, à lʼœuvre dans les extensions supersymétriques du modèle standard, de brisure de la symétrie électrofaible induite par corrections radiatives. Cette revue est complétée par une discussion de différents modèles cherchant à identifier lʼorigine de la brisure de supersymétrie et à rendre compte des termes de brisure douce ainsi générés.
